i finally decided to make some time to post up the long promised photos from the wedding i went to a few weeks ago, along with photos of a bunch of other events in july. you can see them here.

i don't have my own place, so therefore, i must content myself with vicariously living through chris and david and their lovely new apartment. yesterday, i helped put together a chair from ikea. i felt quite accomplished.

to add to my accomplishments, i spent the afternoon today in mercer island, with christine, doug, and mia, prepping a whole lot of food for kristie's bowling birthday celebration. it was so much fun. i iced/frosted a layered cake for the first time, and i don't mind saying that i did a really good job.
