in reading other people's blogs, i've come to discover that there two main categories under which blog entries might fall. daily summaries/random musings and challenging and thoughtfully written updates about the world around us seem to be the big two. there are a lot of people who use their blog as a way to inform others about the issues that are going on around us and to challenge us to be purveyers of change for good. basically, food for the brain and for the soul. if that's what you came here looking for today, you're going to be disappointed because we're currently out of stock.

instead, you will get the other variety. the weekend of nice and busy. putting together birth announcements, babysitting, hanging out, work, more hanging out, st. patrick's dinner party, more babysitting, volleyball [where i had my first real spike of the season], and a celebration/tribute to not working. we played scene it and it was fun. i didn't win, but seriously, with scene it, it really doesn't matter if i win or not, as long as i get to answer fun questions. it's super fantástico.
